荜铃胃痛颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨荜铃胃痛颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性消化性溃疡的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子和生活质量的影响。方法 选取收治的Hp相关性消化性溃疡患者104例,按随机数字表法均分为对照和试验两组,对照组予以四联疗法(胶体果胶铋+克拉霉素+艾司奥美拉唑+阿莫西林)治疗,试验组予以四联疗法+荜铃胃痛颗粒+布拉酵母菌治疗,比较治疗后两组患者的Hp根除率、采用临床症状评分评价临床疗效,采用SF-36量表评价治疗前后生活质量,同时检测治疗前后血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,观察不良反应等。结果 疗程结束后4周时,试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),Hp根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗前,两组生活质量和临床症状评分、血清炎性因子水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组生活质量高于对照组,临床症状评分低于对照组,血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 荜铃胃痛颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡可提高Hp根除率和总体疗效,降低炎症反应和促进溃疡愈合,改善患者临床症状和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of bilingweitong granules combined with Saccharomyces boularidii in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer and effect on quality of life and serum inflammatory factors.Methods 104 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(52 cases in each group),patients in the control group was treated with quadruple chemotherapy(omeprazole enteric-coated tablet +clarithromycin tablet + amoxil capsule + colloidal bismuth pectin capsule),while the experimental group was treated with the quadruple chemotherapy + bilingweitong granules + S.boularidii.After treatment the Hp eradication rates and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups,and quality of life and serum interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP) levels before and after treatment were compared.Results Four weeks after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there were no significant difference in symptom scores,quality of life scores and serum inflammatory factor level between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,compared with the control group,quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher,while the symptom scores were significantly lower,and serum IL-6,TNF-α,CRP level of the experimental group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Bilingweitong granules combined with S.boularidii in the treatment of Hp-positive peptic ulcer can improve clinical efficacy and eradication rate of Hp,degrade inflammatory reaction,promote ulcer healing,and improve clinical symptom and quality of life.
