初诊乳腺癌患者心理一致感在C型性格与抑郁间的中介效应分析

摘　　要：目的分析初诊乳腺癌患者的心理一致感与C型性格和抑郁之间的相关性,探讨心理一致感作为中介变量在两者关系中的作用。方法于2018年9月—2019年5月,采用一般资料调查表、癌症行为量表、心理一致感量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表对郑州大学第一附属医院的878例乳腺癌患者进行调查,采用SPSS 23.0和AMOS 22.0进行统计学分析。结果回收有效问卷852份(有效回收率为97.0%)。心理一致感与C型性格总分呈负相关(r=-0.43,P<0.01),与抑郁总分呈负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.01),C型性格总分与抑郁呈正相关(r=0.55,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果表明,C型性格和心理一致感是初诊乳腺癌患者抑郁的重要预测因子。结构方程模型进一步验证了心理一致感在C型性格对抑郁的影响中发挥了部分中介的效应,占总效应的44.5%。结论心理一致感是C型性格与抑郁间的中介变量,C型性格可通过心理一致感间接对抑郁产生影响。Objective To analyze the correlation between sense of coherence and type C personality and depression in newly diagnosed breast cancer patients,and to explore the mediating role of sense of coherence in the relationship of type C personality and depression.Method The demographic questionnaire,cancer behavior scale,sense of coherence scale and Hamilton depression scale were used to investigate 878 cases of breast cancer patients aged more than 18 years from September 2018 to May 2019 the First affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university.SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results The valid questionnaires were 852(effective response rate:97.0%).The score of sense of coherence was negatively correlated with type C personality and depression(r=-0.43,P<0.01;r=-0.59,P<0.01);the score of type C personality and depression were positively correlated(r=0.55,P<0.01).The results of multiplelinear regression analysis revealed that type C personality and sense of coherence were important predictors of depression in newly diagnosed breast cancer patients.The structural equation mode ling further verified that sense of coherence played a partial mediating role in the influence of type C personality on depression,accounting for 44.5%(0.273/0.614)of the total effect.Conclusions Type C personality indirectly affect depression through Sense of coherence as a mediator.
