摘  要:为了更好的培养中西医结合临床专业人才,本研究以中西医结合肿瘤学课程教学为例,为适应当今个性化肿瘤治疗的需求,在教学中,采用"双轨教学模式以问题为基础+医学志愿者服务"探索。利用我校附属医院的整体优势,在临床带教的过程中运用多学科综合诊疗模式,提高学生主动学习的积极性,以更系统、更专业地把握肿瘤相关治疗的特点与优势,达到个体化治疗肿瘤对专科医生知识储备的要求,有利于提升学生的综合能力及专业技能。In order to promote the quality of training clinical professionals of integrated Chinese and western medicine,we explored the application of problem-based learning(PBL)and voluntary medical(VM)doubletrack teaching mode in the teaching of Oncology of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,so as to meet the need of individualized treatment of tumor at present.Depending on the overall advantages of the affiliated hospital,we adopted the multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment(MDT)mode during the clinical teaching to raise the enthusiasm of the students’active learning,in order to make the students grasp the characteristics and advantages of tumor-related treatment systematically and professionally,address the important of increasing knowledge reserve of the specialist for tumor individualized treatment,and improve the students’comprehensive ability and professional skills.
