硅氧烷基树脂粘接剂粘接强度与耐久性的体外研究

摘  要:目的评价硅氧烷基树脂Filtek P90配套粘接剂silorane system adhesive(SA)的牙本质粘接强度及耐久性,以期为临床应用提供参考。方法选择24颗人离体磨牙,随机分为三组:SE组:两步法自酸蚀粘接剂Clearfil SE Bond(SE)+P60树脂;EO组:一步法自酸蚀粘接剂Adper Easy One(EO)+P60树脂;SA组:SA+硅氧烷基P90树脂。每组8颗牙齿,按照相应的使用说明在制备的牙本质平面上粘接树脂块,用硬组织切片机制备截面积约为1mm^2的条状试样,切割得到的试样一半在即刻测试微拉伸粘接强度,另一半蒸馏水浸泡6个月后测试微拉伸粘接强度。结果粘接后24h切割得到的试样进行即刻微拉伸强度测试,SA组SA的粘接强度为[(24.96±2.29)MPa]与SE组粘接剂SE的粘接强度[(35.90±3.68)MPa]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与EO组粘接剂EO[(24.23±2.89)MPa]差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。蒸馏水保存6个月后,SA的微拉伸粘接强度与即刻相比差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。SE、EO的微拉伸粘接强度均低于切割后即刻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蒸馏水浸泡6个月后,SA的粘接强度[(23.23±2.38)MPa]仍与SE组的粘接强度[(32.21±2.85)MPa]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但高于EO组EO的粘接强度[(20.52±3.40)MPa](P<0.05)。结论 SA的粘接界面拥有良好的耐久性。蒸馏水保存6个月后SA的粘接强度较EO一步法自酸蚀粘接剂粘接强度高,但仍低于两步法自酸蚀粘接剂SE的粘接强度。Objective To investigate the microtensile bond strength and durability of silorane system adhesive in vitro.Methods Twenty-four human molars were divided into three groups randomly.The occlusal enamel was removed to expose a flat superficial dentin surface.P60 resin and Clearfil SE Bond(SE)were used in group SE,P60 resin and Adper Easy One self-etching adhesive(EO)in group EO and P90 resin and silorane system adhesive(SA)in group SA.The specimens were sectioned into beams of 1.0 mm×1.0 mm of cross-sectional area and were tested for microtensile strength with Microtensile Tester at a crosshead speed of 1 mm/min.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The microtensile strength of SA[(24.96±2.29)MPa]and EO[(24.23±2.89)MPa]were lower than that of SE[(35.90±3.68)MPa]when cutting immediately(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on bond strength of SA between immediate and six-month water storage(P>0.05).SE and EO showed decreased bond strength after six-month water storage(P<0.05).The microtensile strength of SA[((23.19±2.38))MPa]was lower than that of SE[(32.21±2.85)MPa]after six-month ageing,but higher than EO[(20.52±3.40)MPa](P<0.05).Conclusions The durability of silorane system adhesive was good.After six-month ageing,the bond strength of SA was higher than EO,but lower than SE.
