摘　　要：目前,科学技术的高速发展与互联网信息技术的普及,使得信息技术诞生的产物在社会和生活中得到更广泛的普及,为社会生产和人们的生活方式带来了极大的变化。互联网的普及应用推动了企业商务模式的变革,促进了电子商务的诞生和发展,为企业的发展提供了更多的方向和机会。论文针对电子商务背景下企业如何有效构建和完善企业财务管理模式进行分析和研究,旨在为企业推行新的财务管理模式贡献一份力量。At present,the rapid development of science and technology and the popularization of internet information technology have made the products born of information technology more widely popular in society and life,and brought great changes to social production and people's lifestyles.The popularization and application of the internet has promoted the transformation of enterprise business mode,promoted the birth and development of e-commerce,and provided more directions and opportunities for the development of the enterprise.This paper analyzes and researches how the enterprise can effectively construct and improve the enterprise financial management mode under the background of e-commerce,aims to contribute to the implementation of new financial management mode for the enterprise.
