摘　　要：大型企业在不断拓展经营规模和业务范围,市场竞争愈演愈烈。企业需要“以新应新”“以变应变”,积极迎接挑战,改善企业经营管理。目前,企业财务管理的模式落后,为实现财务管理的目标,打破财务与业务相脱节的局面,利用财务共享平台,将企业的业务与财务融合,促进企业可持续发展。Large enterprises continue to expand the scale and scope of business,market competition has become increasingly fierce.Enterprises need to"meet innovation with innovation"and"react to change with change",and actively meet the challenges to improve business management.At present,the mode of enterprise financial management is backward.In order to achieve the goal of financial management and break the disjunction between finance and business,it is necessary to use the financial sharing platform to integrate the business and finance of the enterprise and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
