我国咖啡产业标准化水平浅析

摘　　要：随着国内外对咖啡需求量的增长,我国咖啡产量迅速增长。云南省作为全国规模最大的咖啡种植基地,云南咖啡产业的发展状况对我国咖啡产业发展有着至关重要的影响。然而,目前云南咖啡产业仍处于原料出口为主导的初级阶段,我国咖啡产业的标准化水平仍处于较低水平,无法满足产业迅猛发展的需求。本文分析了云南省的咖啡产业现状以及我国的咖啡产业标准体系建设的现状,在此基础上提出了提升我国咖啡产业标准化水平的建议。With the increasing demand for coffee in China and abroad,coffee production is growing rapidly in China.As the largest coffee producer in China,Yunnan has crucial impact on the development of coffee industry in China.However,the coffee industry in Yunnan is still in the primary stage dominated by raw material export at present,and the standardization of coffee industry in China is still at a low level,which fails to meet the demand of the rapidly developing industry in China.In this context the current situation of coffee industry in Yunnan and the current situation of the coffee industry standard system in China were reviewed,based on which put forward were some suggestions to improve the standardization level of the coffee industry in China.
