中医外治四联梯级疗法治疗癌性疼痛的探讨与应用

摘　　要：疼痛是中晚期恶性肿瘤患者最常见且最痛苦的临床症状之一。本文通过分析总结癌痛的中医病因病机及治则治法、处方用药,总结分析癌性疼痛的中医外治方法。根据中医整体观的理论思想,参照西医三阶梯治疗癌性疼痛提出中医外治四联梯级疗法治疗癌性疼痛的诊疗思维,并应用于临床获得疗效。Pain is one of the most common and painful clinical symptoms in patients with advanced malignancies.This article analyzed and summarized the pathogenesis,treatments and prescriptions of cancer pain,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method for cancer pain.According to the theoretical thinking of TCM holistic view,the diagnosis and treatment thinking of TCM external treatment quadruple cascade therapy for cancer pain is proposed with reference to the three-step western medicine treatment of cancer pain,which has obtained efficacy clinically.
