手术室专科护士核心能力评价及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的对手术室专科护士的核心能力状况进行评价,调查影响其核心能力的因素。方法选择2019年1—3月于本市三所三级甲等医院手术室工作的136名专科护士为研究对象。借助注册护士核心能力量表进行评价,采取多元线性回归分析影响手术室专科护士核心能力的因素。结果手术室专科护士核心能力量表总评分为159.76±6.54分,处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、工作时间、职务、职称、层级是手术室专科护士核心能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论手术室专科护士的核心能力居于中等水平,针对影响其核心能力的因素,采取干预措施,提高手术室专科护士的核心能力。Objective To evaluate the core competence status of specialized nurses in the operating room and investigate the factors affecting their core competence.Methods We selected 136 specialized nurses who worked in the operating rooms of three tertiary A hospitals in this city from January to March 2019 as the study objects.With the help of the registered nurses'core competence scale for evaluation,multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the core competence of specialized nurses in the operating room.Results The total score of the core competence scale for specialized nurses in operating room was 159.76±6.54 points,which was at a medium level.Multiple linear regression analysis result showed that the age,working time,position,title and level were the factors affecting the core competence of specialized nurses in operating room(P<0.05).Conclusion The core competence of specialized nurses in the operating room was at a medium level.The relevant intervention measures should be taken to improve the core competence of specialized nurses in the operating room.
