摘　　要：加州大学圣地亚哥分校立足自身所处区域的实际经济与社会发展情况,通过衔接政府、产业以及当地市民而形成四位一体的螺旋关系构建起了独具特色的“圣地亚哥模式”。该模式从制度对接、知识增值、人力开发和财政互通四个层面实现大学与区域之间的协同发展,体现出战略规划与区域治理、学科知识与区域科研、人才培养与区域潜能、资源配置与区域产业之间的逻辑关联。其发展模式为我国公立大学构建与区域发展协同共促的教育体系提供了参照范例。Based on the economic and social development of the region,University of California,San Diego sets up a San Diego mode via helix connection between university and governments,industries as well as local people.The mode achieved the collaborative development between university and the region in terms of policy adjustment,added value of knowledge,exploration of human resources and financial connectivity,featuring in the logic connection concerning the strategic planning and regional governance,discipline knowledge and regional scientific research,talent cultivation and regional potential,resources allocation and regional industries.Its mode provides a reference for the public universities in China to establish a collaborative education system with regional development.
