摘　　要：主要介绍了一种高强度、高延伸率球墨铸铁汽车差速器壳,在实现其国产化过程中解决渣气孔的一些思路和方法。通过生产实践论证了该方案在高牌号球墨铸铁中小件产品渣气孔的解决上具有一定的意义。Aiming at a kind of high-strength,high-elongation ductile iron automobile differential case,some ideas and methods to solve the slag blowhole in the process of realizing its localization have been introduced in the text.Through production practice,it is proved that the scheme has certain significance in solving the slag blowhole of high-grade ductile iron medium and small products.
