摘　　要：以山东工商学院市场营销专业为例,通过市场调查,围绕着财富管理、教学模式、课程设计和人才培养来展开,运用回归分析法、信度、效度分析等方法分析大学生财商状况并积极探索影响大学生财商能力培养的影响机制,研究发现,财商能力培养与财富管理的认知、课程设计、教学模式等相关性比较高。This paper takes the marketing major of Shandong Technology and Business University as an example,through market research,focusing on wealth management,teaching mode,curriculum design and talent training,Using regression analysis,multiple response analysis,reliability,validity analysis and other methods to explore the influence mechanism of financial ability training of college students.It is found that the cultivation of financial intelligence ability has a high correlation with the cognition of wealth management,curriculum design and teaching mode.
