高校社会服务资源转化为人才培养资源的路径探索——基于新农村发展研究院专业学位研究生培养的实践

摘　　要：专业学位研究生教育是培养应用型高端人才的重要渠道,需要更多实践资源的支持。基于涉农专业的调查发现,当前专业学位教育存在导师制度不到位、课程设置不合理、实践教学不充分、教学方式不灵活、毕业作品选题领域较窄等问题,主要原因在于适应专业学位研究生培养的教育资源不足。涉农高校新农村发展研究院通过营造专业实践环境、提供毕业作品选题素材、充实校外导师资源、拓展人才就业渠道等方式,将高校社会服务资源转化为人才培养资源,为专业学位研究生教育开拓了一条新的路径。Professional postgraduate education aims at the cultivation of high gear application talents and hence needs the support of more practice resources.Based on the survey of agricultural majors,agriculture-related professional postgraduate programs are found to have the following problems:loose tutorship,imperfect syllabus and curriculum,lack of practice teaching,rigid teaching methodology,limited thematic choice of graduation paper or project,etc.And our survey results attribute the root of the problems to the lack of educational resources for the professional postgraduate education.A new path for professional postgraduate program of New Rural Development Academy of agricultural universities is offered through the setting-up of professional practice environment,the building-up of the thematic corpus for graduation projects,the enhancement of tutorship teams with outside tutors,the development of employment opportunities,etc.in sum,the Transfer of Social Extension Service Resources into Talents Cultivation Resources.Efforts should be made to give full play to the role of New Rural Development Academy of agricultural universities in professional postgraduate education through strengthening university-local government and university-enterprise cooperation,improving the coordination mechanisms,taking advantage of practice teaching bases,establishing the mutual benefit-sharing system,and upgrading the policy support.
