摘  要:培育和践行社会主义核心价值观离不开道德层面的宣传教育,但从制度化视角通过良法善制引导和守护它的推进,属于更高层次、更深程度的贯彻与落实。学界围绕社会主义核心价值观与社会制度的关系、培育和践行核心价值观的制度化路径、培育和践行核心价值观与推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化等方面进行了一系列研究,取得了丰硕的成果。但是,如何实现核心价值观制度化,尚缺乏深入系统的研究,亟需在研究视角、研究内容、研究重难点上有新的突破,以期实现制度建构与核心价值观建设互益同构和互促共进。The cultivation and practice of socialist core values cannot be separated from the publicity and education at the moral level,but the promotion of values guided and guarded by good laws and good systems from the perspective of institutionalization belongs to the implementation at a higher level and a deeper degree.The academic circle has carried out a series of studies and achieved fruitful results on the topics such as the relationship between socialist core values and social system,the institutionalization path for cultivating and practising socialist core values,and the relationship between cultivating and practising socialist core values and the modernization of state governance system and governance capacity.However,there is still a lack of in-depth and systematic research on how to realize the institutionalization of core values.It is urgent to make new breakthroughs in research perspectives,research contents,and research priorities and difficulties,so as to realize mutual benefit,mutual promotion,and mutual improvement of institutional construction and core values construction.
