基于改进熵权法和改进TOPSIS法的马鞍山市经济增长质量评价

摘　　要：针对经济增长质量评价问题,提出了一种基于标准化变换法的改进熵权法和一种基于正交投影思想的改进TOPSIS法,以马鞍山市为例,从经济增长效益度、经济增长持续性和稳定性、经济绿色发展、城乡居民生活水平4个维度构建指标体系,利用改进熵权法分析出对马鞍山市经济增长质量评价影响较大的指标,通过改进TOPSIS法的计算结果对马鞍山市近几年的经济发展水平进行排序,并提出切实可行的建议来促进马鞍山市经济的持续稳定增长。For the quality evaluation of economic growth,an improved entropy weight method based on standardized transformation method and an improved TOPSIS method based on orthogonal projection are proposed.Ma’anshan City is taken as an example,the index system is constructed from four dimensions:economic growth efficiency,sustainability and stability of economic growth,green economic development,and living standards of urban and rural residents.The improved entropy weight method is used to figure out the indexes which have great influence on the evaluation of economic growth quality of Ma’anshan City.The economic development level of Ma’anshan City in recent years is ranked by the results of improved TOPSIS method,and practical suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable and stable economic growth of Ma’anshan City.
