摘　　要：通过调研“双一流”高校图书馆网站与微信公众号的信息素养教育平台现状,发现存在的问题及可借鉴的实践经验。针对问题,提出基于微信公众号的信息素养教育平台设计,该设计通过统一身份认证登录,首次测试分为四个水平层次,以水平升级测试的逐层升级模式,结合交流群、协同创新、打卡点赞、评论、视频及实时咨询指导等,以便于读者利用碎片化时间进行学习,有效提高自身的信息素养。Through investigating the current situation of information literacy education plat-form in"double first-class"university library websites and WeChat Official Account,the pa-per found the existing problems and referential practical experiences.Aiming at the prob-lems,the paper proposed the design of information literacy education platform based on We-Chat Official Account.Through unified identity aut hentication users can login.The first test was divided into four levels.Through upgrade mode layer-by-layer of level upgrade test,com-bining with communication groups,collaborative innovation,clock in and likes,comments,videos and real-time consultation and guidance,the platform can facilitate readers to use the fragmented time to learn and improve their level of information literacy.
