摘　　要：自动酿酒综合征(auto-brewery syndrome,ABS)是一种消化系统内源性发酵产生乙醇使人致醉的疾病,临床上比较少见,易被漏诊,多数患者系因被交警指控“酒驾”而来就诊。现报道1例疑似ABS的患者,包括其症状、相关辅助检查等,并复习相关文献,以提高对该病的认识。Auto-brewery syndrome(ABS),also known as gut fermentation syndrome,is a rarely diagnosed medical condition in which the ingestion of carbohydrates results in endogenous alcohol production.A patient presenting with symptoms of alcohol intoxication with some related objective laboratory data without a history of alcohol consumption was reported and relevant literature was reviewed to improve the understanding of this disease.
