摘  要:目的探讨临床路径带教法在胆道外科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年8月在科室实习的96名护生作为研究对象,随机分为2组,各48名。对照组按照教学大纲实施传统带教法进行教学,观察组进行临床路径带教法进行教学,两组均教学1个月,观察两组护生理论知识、实际操作考核结果及对带教方式的满意度。结果教学1个月后,观察组的理论知识成绩及实际操作成绩均高于对照组,观察组护生对带教方式满意度高于对照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径带教法可极大提高护生对理论知识的掌握与实际操作能力,具有较好的带教效果。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical path teaching method in biliary surgery nursing practice teaching.Methods 96 nursing students who practiced in our department from January 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,48 in each group.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was carried out according to the teaching syllabus,and in the observation group,the clinical pathway teaching method was carried out.Both groups were taught for one month,and the theoretical knowledge,practical operation assessment results and satisfaction of the teaching method were observed.Results After one month of teaching,the theoretical knowledge and practical performance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the satisfaction degree of the nursing students in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path teaching method can greatly improve the students'grasp of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability,and has a good teaching effect.
