十八味诃子利尿丸对大鼠2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨十八味诃子利尿丸对大鼠2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫的一般状况、血糖浓度、胃排空率、小肠推进率及胃窦部组织的影响。方法24只大鼠随机分为模型组、藏药组和空白组,每组8只。模型组和藏药组采用高脂饲料联合链脲佐菌素建立2型糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠模型。藏药组连续3 w隔天灌胃予十八味诃子利尿丸;模型组和空白组同时进行灌胃予等量生理盐水。监测大鼠建模成功后和灌药结束后24 h饮水摄食、血糖浓度及体重的变化;计算灌药后大鼠胃排空率和小肠推进率;光镜下观察大鼠胃窦部的病理形态学改变。结果藏药组与模型组比较,灌药后24 h饮水摄食减少、血糖浓度下降、胃排空率及小肠推进率增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而体重无明显差异(P>0.05);胃黏膜炎症缓解,细胞胞质疏松化减轻。结论十八味诃子利尿丸对大鼠2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫可能具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Shibawei Heziliniao pills on general condition,blood glucose concentration,gastric emptying rate,small intestine propulsion rate and gastric antrum tissue in type 2 diabetic gastroparesis rats.Methods 24 rats were randomly divided into model group,Tibetan medicine group and blank group,with 8 rats in each group.High-fat feed combined with streptozotocin was used to establish the model of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis in model group and Tibetan medicine group.Tibetan medicine group was given Shibawei Heziliniao pills by gavage for 3 weeks,once every two days.The model group and the blank group were given the same amount of normal saline at the same time.The 24 h changes in water and food intake,blood glucose concentration and body weight were monitored after successful modeling and the end of given Shibawei Heziliniao pills.The gastric emptying rate and small intestine propulsion rate were calculated.Pathomorphological changes of gastric antral were observed under light microscope.Results Compared with the model group,the 24 h changes in water and food intake,blood glucose concentration of the Tibetan medicine group were significantly reduced(P<0.05);the gastric emptying rate and small intestine propulsion rate were increased(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups(P>0.05).Gastric mucosa inflammation and cytoplasmic loosening were relieved.Conclusions Shibawei Heziliniao pills might have protective effect on type 2 diabetic gastroparesis rats.
