摘  要:以桔子皮提取液为还原剂兼保护剂,硝酸银溶液为前驱体,采用化学还原法制备了银纳米溶胶,并通过离心干燥的方法得到银纳米粉末。实验研究了提取液用量、硝酸银溶液用量对制得纳米银溶胶的影响。利用红外光谱、紫外-可见分光光谱仪、X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和马尔文粒径分析仪等对所合成的样品进行了表征。研究表明:所合成溶胶中的银纳米粒子粒径较小,粒径均匀分布在5~20 nm之间,所制备的银粉末结晶性能较好。桔子皮提取液用量、硝酸银溶液用量等反应条件对银粒子的粒径和形貌有着较大的影响。在常温时,当硝酸银溶液用量为4 mL,提取液用量为5 mL,所得到的纳米银的粒径最小。所制备的纳米银有望在电子线路、医药等行业得到应用。Silver colloidal nanoparticles were synthesized by a simple route in water using orange peel extract as the capping agent and reducing agent,and silver nitrate solution as precursor.The effect of the amount of silver nitrate solution and extract solution on the colloidal nanoparticles was studied.The as-prepared samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV-vis spectrum and laser particle size analyzer.The results show that the synthesized silver nanoparticles have narrow size distribution from 5 nm to 20 nm and is single crystal.The amount of silver nitrate solution and orange peel extract play vital roles to determine the size and morphology of the silver nanoparticles.At room temperature,the smallest silver nanoparticles can be obtained when the consumption of silver nitrate solution and orange peel extract is 4 mL and 5 mL respectively.The prepared silver nanoparticles could be used for electronic circuit and medicine.
