摘 要:随着居民台区负荷飞速增长、多种形式能源高渗透接入,使得台区存在变压器超容、峰谷差大等严峻问题。通过分析台区负荷可调控特性,研究并建立台区负荷协同控制部署架构和控制框架,通过台区负荷预测、优化区间评估、负荷日前预安排和实时运行监测与修正,实现台区负荷可中断能力、可调度能力和台区平均负荷利用率提升,并通过工程实践验证了技术的有效性。With the rapid load growth and the high permeability of various forms of energy in the residential district,there are serious problems such as transformer overcapacity and load peak-valley difference increase.Based on the analysis of area load regulating characteristics,this paper studied and established the area load coordinated control deployment architecture and control framework.Through the area load forecasting,optimizing interval evaluation,prior to the date of load arrangement and real-time monitoring and correction,it realized the ascension of area interruptible load ability,schedulable ability and area average load utilization rate,and the effectiveness of the technology is verified by engineering practice.
