摘　　要：电镜中心是为多种用户提供多种电子显微学分析测试服务的大型仪器共享平台。作为投资巨大的科研资源共享平台,实现其经济效益和科研效益最大化,成为国际一流科研平台高地、人才高地和成果高地是中心管理目标。电镜中心的管理和制度执行是在立足自身定位和实际情况下不断探索、深入研究、共同实践、总结提高的过程。以人为本、正其制度是平台发展进步和永葆活力的重要保障和有力支撑。本文以兰州大学近10年电镜管理“开放-共享-合作-创新”实践探索为案例,探讨如何实现昂贵电镜资源的全面开放、充分共享,促进多学科交叉融通;充分发挥电镜中心内部管理制度的激励作用,发挥员工和用户潜力和创造力,引导电子显微学原始创新,突破卡脖子关键核心技术,以提升创新实力来全面提升电镜中心的国际核心竞争力。Electron Microscopy(EM)Centre of Lanzhou University is a multi-user shared equipment/service center that serves the entire university community and other academic institutions broadly.As an open sharing platform with huge investment,the EM Centre aims to maximize its economic and scientific benefits and to become a world-leading scientific research platform.Based on self-positioning and actual situation,the management and policy implementation of the centre are continuously summarized and improved during the process of exploration,in-depth research and joint practice.People foremost principle and correct policy are important guarantees and strong supports for the development,progress,and long-standing vitalityof the platform.This article takes the 10-year implementation of“open-share-cooperation-innovation”policy of Lanzhou University EM Centre as an example to discuss how to completely open and share expensive electron microscopy resources,promote multi-and inter-disciplinary research,give full play to the potential and creativity of employees and users,guide the original innovation on electron microscopy,break through the key technology,and enhance the innovation capacity to comprehensively improve the core competitiveness of the EM Centre.
