摘　　要：高校思想政治教育的开展是需要在特定的实践环境中进行的,“行为气场”是优化思想政治教育环境不可或缺的重要因素,通过改进思想政治教育工作的实施方法、提升思想政治教师的综合素质、强化大学生的自律意识,培树和设置良好的“行为气场”,对优化思想政治教育环境、增强思想政治教育的针对性和实效性具有重要的实践意义。the development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities needs to be carried out in a specific practical environment,"Behavioral aura"is an indispensable factor in optimizing the environment of Ideological and political education.It is necessary to improve the implementation methods of Ideological and political education,enhance the comprehensive quality of Ideological and political teachers,strengthen the self-discipline consciousness of college students,cultivate and set up a good"behavior atmosphere",which can optimize the ideological and political education environment and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political education Important practical significance.
