急诊腹部CT对急性肠系膜血管栓塞的诊断作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析急诊腹部CT对急性肠系膜血管栓塞的诊断作用,探讨该病的有效诊断方法,以提高临床诊断结果的准确率。方法:筛选出本院急诊科2018年2月~2020年2月收治的92例急性肠系膜血管栓塞患者,根据不同诊断方法将其分为A组与B组各46例,A组行剖腹探查术,B组行急诊腹部CT,对比两组患者的诊断结果、失血量、诊断时间以及并发症发生情况。结果:A组(100.0%)与B组(97.8%)诊断结果的准确率相当,P>0.05;B组的失血量与诊断时间均少于A组,P<0.05;B组的并发症发生率(4.3%)低于A组(26.1%),P<0.05。结论:急诊腹部CT诊断急性肠系膜血管栓塞的临床价值高,诊断结果的准确率优于剖腹探查术,有利于临床对该病类型与病因的判断,且对机体无创伤,能缩短诊断时间,降低并发症发生率,值得推行。Objective:to analyze the role of emergency abdominal CT in the diagnosis of acute mesenteric vascular embolism,and to explore the effective diagnosis method of the disease,so as to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.Methods:92 patients with acute mesenteric vascular embolism were selected from the emergency department of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020.According to different diagnosis methods,they were divided into group A and group B,46 cases in each group.Group a underwent exploratory laparotomy and group B underwent emergency abdominal CT.The diagnosis results,blood loss,diagnosis time and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:the accuracy of diagnosis in group A(100.0%)and group B(97.8%)was the same,P>0.05;the blood loss and diagnosis time in group B were less than that in group A(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in group B(4.3%)was lower than that in group A(26.1%),P<0.05.Conclusion:the clinical value of emergency abdominal CT in the diagnosis of acute mesenteric vascular embolism is high,and the accuracy of the diagnosis results is better than that of exploratory laparotomy,which is conducive to the clinical judgment of the type and cause of the disease,and it is noninvasive to the body,can shorten the diagnosis time,reduce the incidence of complications,and is worth carrying out.
