摘　　要：白内障是全球第一位致盲眼病。目前唯一公认的治疗白内障的有效手段是手术。但患者容易出现紧张、焦虑等心理问题,对手术治疗存在畏惧心理,担心手术的效果及可能存在的风险,这些均不利于手术的顺利进行及术后的尽快恢复。心理护理作为一种辅助治疗方法在白内障围手术期护理过程具有重要的意义。本文对影响白内障围手术期的心理因素以及近年来国内采用的心理干预方法的现状进行了综述,为进一步开展白内障围手术期的护理研究提供依据。Cataract is the world's first cause of blindness.At present,the only recognized effective means of treating cataract is surgery.But patients are prone to nervous,anxiety and other psychological problems,there is fear of surgical treatment,worried about the effect of surgery and possible risks,which are not conducive to the smooth operation and recovery as soon as possible.As an auxiliary treatment method,psychological nursing plays an important role in the perioperative nursing of cataract patients.This article reviews the psychological factors that influence the perioperative period of cataract surgery and the current situation of psychological intervention in China in recent years.
