会展业在全球城市建设中的功能研究——德国法兰克福的经验及其对上海的启示

摘　　要：深入研究法兰克福会展业发展的主要经验及其在推进法兰克福全球城市建设中的功能,对上海提升会展业服务城市发展战略的功能水平以及建设“国际会展之都”具有借鉴意义。从使用价值向符号价值生产的转化出发,基于不同版本全球城市的核心要素,本文探究了会展业在法兰克福推进全球城市建设中的功能演化。通过研究,在法兰克福由“德国的市场”向“全球城市”迈进的每个历史阶段以及从全球城市1.0版本向3.0版本的进程中,会展业都能通过促进要素的国际流动和配置来影响城市的控制力和影响力,进而推动城市的全球化。本文最后从推动会商文旅体融合发展、服务战略产业升级和上海科创中心建设等四个方面,对如何进一步发挥会展业在上海推进全球卓越城市建设中的功能提出了政策建议。This paper sets out to investigate the Frankfurt's worldleading event industry with the aim of providing an illustrating example for Shanghai,challenger of the title“the worldcapital of international event.”This paper discusses the different of conceptions of the global city,and the evolution of the event industry in Frankfurt's construction.As Frankfurt progressed from being the“Marketplace of Germany”to the world's leading Global City,its event industry proves to be capable of promoting the international interchange of resources,thus promoting the city's globalized status.The paper concludes with policy suggestions on Shanghai's development of the event industry and services,coordinating the economy,culture,tourism and sports,and building a global city of excellence.
