摘　　要：全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛已连续举办9届,竞赛覆盖面广,影响力大,展示了各医学院校的教学成就,也暴露了日常教学中的不足。护理教学与临床教学具有很大的相似性,该文分析了大学生临床技能竞赛赛题的类型和特点,并总结了参赛学生在竞赛中的失分原因,以期为护理本科生技能竞赛的开展及护理日常教学的改革提供参考。The National Clinical Skills Competition for medical students has been held for 9 consecutive years.The competition covers a wide range and has a great influence on medical education.It shows the teaching achievements of various medical universities/colleges,and exposes the shortcomings of daily education.There are great similarities between nursing education and clinical education.This paper analyzed the types and characteristics of the competition items,and summarized the reasons the students failed the competition,so as to provide references for the development of nursing skills competition and the teaching reform nursing.
