摘　　要：目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)阳性宫颈癌患者宫颈组织匀浆上清液白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、IL-6水平及意义。方法选取HR-HPV阳性宫颈癌患者87例,其中HR-HPV单一感染患者56例,混合感染患者31例;同时选取HR-HPV阴性宫颈癌患者69例;检测宫颈组织匀浆上清液IL-17、IL-6水平。结果HR-HPV阳性宫颈癌患者宫颈组织匀浆上清液IL-17和IL-6水平分别为(35.58±9.22)pg/ml和(28.81±7.05)pg/ml,明显高于HR-HPV阴性宫颈癌患者(P<0.05);HR-HPV混合感染宫颈患者宫颈组织匀浆上清液IL-17和IL-6分别为(43.67±10.02)pg/ml和(32.68±9.44)pg/ml,明显高于HR-HPV单一感染宫颈癌患者(P<0.05);FIGO分期Ⅲ期、中低分化宫颈癌患者宫颈组织浆上清液IL-17、IL-6水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高分化患者(P<0.05)。结论HR-HPV阳性宫颈癌患者宫颈组织匀浆上清液IL-17、IL-6水平升高,在疾病发生发展中有一定作用。Objective To investigate the levels and significance of interleukin-17( IL-17) and interleukin-6( IL-6) in cervical homogenate supernatant of high-risk human papillomavirus( HR-HPV) positive cervical cancer patients. Methods 87 patients with HR-HPV positive cervical cancer were selected,including 56 patients with single infection of HR-HPV and 31 patients with mixed infection,and 69 patients with HR-HPV negative cervical cancer were selected;the levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in cervical homogenate supernatant were detected. Results The levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in cervical tissue homogenate supernatant of HR-HPV positive cervical cancer patients were( 35. 58 ± 9. 22) pg/ml and( 28. 81 ± 7. 05) pg/ml,which were significantly higher than those of HR-HPV negative cervical cancer patients( P < 0. 05);The levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in cervical tissue homogenate supernatant of patients with HR-HPV mixed infection were( 43. 67 ± 10. 02) pg/ml and( 32. 68 ± 9. 44) pg/ml,which were significantly higher than those of patients with HR-HPV single infection of cervical cancer( P < 0. 05);The levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in cervical tissue supernatant of patients with FIGO stage Ⅲ and middle-low differentiated cervical cancer were significantly higher than those of patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and high differentiated cervical cancer( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in cervical homogenate supernatant of HR-HPV positive cervical cancer patients increase,which play a role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
