七氟烷联合丙泊酚用于胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌切除术对术后患者炎性与氧化、抗氧化状态的影响

摘　　要：目的研究与观察七氟烷联合丙泊酚用于胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌切除术对术后患者炎性与氧化、抗氧化状态的影响。方法选取78例胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌切除术患者为研究对象,依据麻醉方式的不同分为对照组(丙泊酚组)39例和观察组(七氟烷联合丙泊酚组)39例。比较2组术前及术后3 d、7 d的血清炎性指标(白细胞介素及其他炎症因子)与氧化损伤、抗氧化相关指标。结果术前2组的血清炎性指标与氧化损伤、抗氧化相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3 d及7 d 2组的血清炎性指标与氧化损伤指标均先升后降,且观察组均低于对照组;2组血清抗氧化指标则先降后升,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七氟烷联合丙泊酚用于胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌切除术对于术后患者炎性与氧化、抗氧化状态的影响相对较小,应用价值相对更高。Objective To study and observe the influence of sevoflurane combined with propofol for the inflammatory and oxidation,antioxidant state of patients after thoracoscopic resection of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 78 patients with thoracoscopic resection of non-small cell lung cancer were chosen,and they were divided into the control group(propofol group)39 cases and the observation group(sevoflurane combined with propofol group)39 cases according to the difference of anesthesia types.Then the serum inflammatory indexes(interleukins and other inflammatory factors)and oxidative damage,antioxidant related indexes of the 2 groups before the surgery and at third,seventh day after the surgery were compared.Results The inflammatory indexesand oxidative damage,antioxidant related indexes of the 2 groups before the surgery were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the serum inflammatory indexes and oxidative damage indexes of the 2 groups at third and seventh day after the surgery increased first and decreased afterwards,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the serum antioxidant indexes decreased first and increased afterwards,the levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The influence of sevoflurane combined with propofol for the inflammatory and oxidation,antioxidant state of patients after thoracoscopic resection of non-small cell lung cancer are relatively better,so its application value in these surgical patients are relatively higher.
