摘　　要：目的探讨CPNE1在人肺腺癌组织中的表达,探讨该基因在肺腺癌中的临床意义。方法收集128例肺腺癌组织和30例肺癌旁肺组织,采用免疫组化法检测CPNE1蛋白表达,并分析其与肺腺癌临床病理特征间的关系。结果CPNE1蛋白表达在肺腺癌组织中显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺腺癌中CPNE1阳性表达率显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌(P<0.05);CPNE1表达在有淋巴结转移者明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。结论CPNE1在肺腺癌组织中表达增高,并与肺癌的分期、淋巴结转移相关;CPNE1可作为评估肺癌患者病变范围和预后的标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of CPNE1 protein in human lung adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The protein expression of CPNE1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 128 specimens of lung adenocarcinoma,and 30 specimens of precancerous tissues.The correlation between CPNE1 expression and clinicopathological features of lung cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of CPNE1 protein in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissue(P<0.05).The protein expression levels of CPNE1 in StageⅢandⅣlung adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in StageⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).The expression of CPNE1 was significantly higher in those with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CPNE1 protein is significantly increased in lung adenocarcinoma,and is correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis.Which indicates that CPNE1 can be used as a marker for evaluating the extent and prognosis of lung cancer.
