摘  要:采用实时动态自适应的优化思想,建立城市路网过饱和状态交叉口群的实时控制框架和方法,针对传统自适应信号控制方式在交叉口过饱和状态下无法很好发挥作用的问题,系统考虑交叉口群关键路口可能发生的排队溢流现象、绿灯空放现象,提出线轴结合方法优化过饱和交叉口的信号相位差;考虑交叉口的实时最值通行能力和最大饱和度为约束来确定信号控制参考周期,进而提升交叉口群信号控制的效果和通行效率。最后选取青岛市香港路及周边某一交叉口群为例,通过仿真验证,相较于传统的分时段定时信号控制方法,该方法能有效降低交叉口群过饱和状态下的车辆总延误和排队长度。Based on the idea of real-time dynamic adaptive optimization,the real-time control framework and method of urban road network group under oversaturated state were established.The traditional adaptive signal control method failed to play a good role under oversaturated state of the intersection,the queuing overflow or green light with no passage occurring at the intersection group key intersection.To analyze those phenomena systematically,a method of line axis combination was proposed.The real-time maximum capacity and maximum saturation of the intersection were considered as constraints to determine the reference period of signal control,and then the effect and efficiency of signal control can be improved.Finally,the simulation results of a group of intersections in Hongkong Road in Qingdao show that this method can effectively reduce the total vehicle delay and queue length under the condition of oversaturation compared with the traditional time-sharing signal control method.
