摘　　要：Z集团作为国家重点龙头农业产业化企业,随着农业市场的发展和企业规模的不断扩大,原有的供应链管理模式的弊端日益突出。为满足Z集团二次创业“二链三网”进一步发展的要求,Z集团决定导入金蝶EAS系统,把企业的资源规划与流程再造相结合,但是在运行过程中存在对基础数据缺乏统一管理,采购与供应商协同性与沟通欠佳,验货及出库质量缺乏监控手段,业务监督缺失,采购核算账实不符等一些突出问题。为充分利用系统,需要从规范统一集团各组织单位的物料编码,重组业务流程,强化与供应商的协同效率,建立完善严格的验收程序,设置存货核算参数,建立业务关联等多方面着手,对Z集团供应链进行流程优化。Z Group is a national key leading agricultural industrialization enterprise.With the development of agricultural market and the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,the disadvantages of its former supply chain management mode are increasingly prominent.In order to meet the requirements of the further development of"two chains and three networks"of Z Group′s second venture,Z Group decides to import Kingdee EAS system to integrate the enterprise′s resource planning and process re-regulating.However,in the process of operation,there are some prominent problems such as lack of unified management of basic data,poor coordination and communication between procurement staff and suppliers,lack of monitoring means for inspection and delivery quality,lack of business supervision,and discrepancy of procurement accounts.In order to make full use of the system,it is necessary to optimize the supply chain process of Z Group from the following aspects:standardizing and unifying the material code of each organizational unit under the Group,reorganizing the business process,strengthening the efficiency of coordination with suppliers,establishing and improving the strict acceptance procedures,setting up the inventory accounting parameters,and establishing business relations.
