绘画治疗联合利培酮对长期住院精神分裂症患者精神症状及轻中度焦虑抑郁的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨封闭式管理期间绘画治疗联合利培酮对长期住院精神分裂症患者精神症状及情感症状的影响。方法选择2019年10月~2020年3月在我院长期住院规律服用利培酮的精神分裂症患者600例,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定患者的焦虑与抑郁情况,通过阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定患者的精神状况;剔除无焦虑抑郁情绪及重度焦虑抑郁的患者;选取50分≤SAS评分≤69分,50分≤SDS评分≤69分的患者共78例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组各39例。对照组进行病区内康复活动,干预组进行病区内康复活动联合绘画治疗,两组均干预一个疗程,共6周,比较两组患者的PANSS阴性症状评分、SAS评分、SDS评分结果。结果干预一个疗程后,干预组的PANSS症状评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论绘画治疗可改善封闭式管理期间精神分裂症患者的阴性症状及焦虑抑郁情感症状,值得在封闭式管理期间或在长期住院精神分裂症患者中推广。Objective To explore the effect of painting therapy combined with risperidone on the mental and emotional symptoms of long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia during closed management.Methods A total of 600 patients with schizophrenia who took risperidone regularly were hospitalized for a long time from October 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were treated with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)to assess the patient′s anxiety and depression.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)was used to assess the patient's mental status.Patients without anxiety,depression and severe anxiety and depression were excluded,and 78 patients with 50 points≤SAS score≤69 points and 50 points≤SDS score≤69 points were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table,with 39 cases in each group.The rehabilitation activities in the ward of the control group remained unchanged,and the intervention group was given rehabilitation activities in the ward combined with painting treatment.The intervention was performed for a course of 6 weeks.PANSS negative symptom score,SAS score,SDS score results between two groups were compared.Results After one course of treatment,the PANSS symptom score,SAS score,and SDS score of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painting therapy can improve the negative symptoms and anxiety and depression symptoms of patients with schizophrenia during closed management.It is worthy of promotion during closed management or in long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.
