摘　　要：目的观察思维定势负效应科学突破管理在血液透析患者安全护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院血液透析中心2018年1-4月(思维定势负效应护理管理实施前)的血液透析患者80例为对照组,选取2018年5-8月(实施后)的血透患者80例为观察组,对照组实施血液透析患者常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上运用思维定势负效应进行护理管理。比较2组血液透析护理不良事件发生率及实施前后护理人员对血液透析护理安全管理认可度。结果干预后,观察组血液透析护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(χ^2=4.103,P=0.043),护理人员对血液透析护理安全管理的管理理念、管理方式、管理内容及管理效果的评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论将思维定势负效应科学突破管理应用于血液透析患者安全护理中,可有效降低血透室护理不良事件发生率,该护理安全管理模式深受血透室护理人员认可。Objective To observe the application of thinking-stereotype′s negative effect scientific breakthrough management(TSNESBM)in the safe nursing of hemodialysis patients.Methods Eighty patients undergoing hemodialysis between January and May 2018 were selected into the control group,while 80 undergoing the treatment in the following 4 months were chosen into the observation group.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with TSNESBM.The incidence of adverse events and acceptance of nursing staff to the safety management before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the incidence of adverse events of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ^2=4.103,P=0.043),and the scores of the nursing staff on the philosophy,style,contents and effect of safety management of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The new management can effectively lower the incidence of adverse events in the hemodialysis and is well accepted by the nursing staff.
