非医学职业院校高职护理专业内涵式建设与发展--以北京京北职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：护理工作是我国医疗卫生事业的重要组成部分,与人民群众的健康利益和生命安全密切相关,但是目前,护理人员是我国紧缺的人才,为了满足护理行业的人才需求,近年来一些非医学职业院校开始发展护理专业。以北京京北职业技术学院为例,率先通过多项举措(如师资建设、人才培养方案、课程设置、实习实训基地、学生教育管理和专业群建设等六个方面)来开展护理专业的内涵式建设与发展,以实现高效率的招生、高质量的培养和高素质人才的良好就业。Nurse working is an important part of medical and health care in our country,which is closely related to people's health interests and life safety.However,nursing staff are in short supply in our country at present.In order to meet the talent needs of the nursing industry,some non-medical vocational colleges have begun to develop nursing specialty in recent years.Taking Northern Beijing Vocational Education Institute as an example,we take the lead in carrying out the connotative construction and development of nursing specialty from six aspects,including teacher construction,talent training program,curriculum setting,construction of practice training base,student education management and professional group construction etc,in order to achieves efficient enrollment,high-quality training and good employment of high-quality talents.
