摘 要:当前,生物学硕士研究生培养存在培养目标定位不清、课程内容的先进性与前沿性不够突出等方面的不足,制约了研究生创新能力的培养。以重庆师范大学生物学硕士研究生培养为例,创建了基于"生物产业化学院""生物行业企事业单位""生物技术协同创新中心"三方平台的协同育人模式,建立科教结合、产学融合、校企合作的协同育人机制,搭建三方育人平台,拓展育人途径,联合共建适应生物产业需求的研究生创新能力培养体系,创新丰富了协同育人内涵,在提高研究生创新能力方面取得了明显成效。At present,the cultivation of postgraduates in biology majors has some problems such as unclear training target positioning,being not advanced enough and lack of frontier in course content,etc,which restricts the cultivation of postgraduates'innovation ability.Taking the training of postgraduates for master's degree in biology in Chongqing Normal University as an example,we established a model of tripartite collaborative education platform based on the College of Bio-industrialization,enterprises and institutions in the bio-industry and the the Biotechnology Collaborative Innovation Research Center.We established a collaborative education mechanism based on science and education integration,industry-university integration,and school-enterprise cooperation,built a tripartite education platform,expanded education methods,and jointly built a postgraduate innovation ability training system to meet the needs of biological industry.The above innovations have enriched the connotation of collaborative education,and achieved remarkable results in improving the innovation ability of postgraduates.
