摘　　要：我国在高校人才培养中存在专业基础知识不扎实、实践动手能力不强、国际化意识淡薄的短板。依托"动物组织胚胎学"国家精品课程、国家精品资源共享课程、国家精品在线开放课程,建设和完善"精品课程+精品教材+教学文件"教育教学质量保障体系,构建"综合设计型实验+创新探索型实验+本科毕业论文设计"实践动手能力培养体系,着力培养理想信念坚定、专业基础知识扎实、实践动手能力强、国际化视野开阔的新时代大学生。In the process of talent training in colleges and universities in China,there exists some shortcomings such as lack of thorough professional knowledge,low practical ability and weak consciousness of internationalization.Relying on the National Excellent Course,National Excellent Resources Sharing Course and National Excellent Online Open Course of Animal Histology and Embryology,the education and teaching quality assurance system of"excellent course+excellent teaching materials+teaching documents"was constructed,and the practical ability training system of"comprehensive design experiment+innovative and exploratory experiment+undergraduate thesis design"was built.We strive to cultivate new era college students with firm ideals and beliefs,thorough professional basic knowledge,strong practical ability,and broad international vision.
