摘　　要：从日照市茶产业转型升级与人才需求调查出发,分析了日照市茶产业人才队伍的现状。日照市茶产业专业技术人员特征表现为人才短缺、企业研发能力薄弱,从业技术人员年龄偏高、学历偏低,乡镇一线茶叶专业技术人员匮乏。结合日照市茶产业人才需求分析和产业转型升级需要,提出了依托日照职业院校增设茶叶加工技术专业培训技术人才、加强从业人员培训力度培养职业茶农、加强高层次人才引进与培养等对策。Based on the transformation and upgrading of Rizhao tea industry and the investigation of talent demand,this paper analyzes the current talent situation in Rizhao tea industry.Rizhao tea industry professional and technical personnel are characterized by a shortage of talents,weak R&D ability of enterprises,high age and low educational background of technical personnel,and lack of professional and technical personnel in first-line villages and towns.Based on the analysis of the demand for talents in Rizhao tea industry and the need of industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper puts forward some strategies such as relying on Rizhao vocational colleges to set up tea processing technology specialty to train technical talents,strengthening the training of practitioners to cultivate professional tea farmers,and strengthening the introduction and training of high-level talents.
