摘　　要：根据大学课程考试改革的总体精神,在专注培养大学生的理论素养及专业能力原则的指导下,对“人力资源规划”课程的考试进行改革,具体体现在考试内容、考试方式、期终总评成绩等方面均进行了改革方案的设计,并由此调整了理论教学过程,从而优化了现有的“人力资源规划”课程的教学。通过“人力资源规划”课程考试改革项目的实施,充分调动了学生的学习积极性,同时提高了学生的综合能力,并取得了较好的教学效果。According to the general spirit of the reform of curriculum examination of colleges and universities,and under the guidance of the principle of focusing on cultivating the theoretical literacy and professional ability of college students,the examination of Human Resources Planning course is reformed.This reform is carried out in terms of examination content,examination method,and final evaluation results,and the theoretical teaching process is also adjusted at the same time,thus the teaching process of this course is optimized.Through the implementation of the examination reform in this course,the learning enthusiasm of students has been fully mobilized,and better teaching results have been achieved.
