摘　　要：文章研究了有关素养和核心素养的概念界定;研究了思想政治素养的核心内涵和高职学生发展的核心素养的思想政治内涵,从思想政治教育的内涵、作用和功能等方面,厘清了高职学生核心素养的培育必须以思政教育为引领的重要性和必要性。高职学生核心素养的培育,必须将思想政治素养居于首位,坚持以马克思主义为指导,践行社会主义核心价值观。高职学生核心素养的内涵决定了其培育必须以思政教育为引领。This paper studies the definitions of literacy and core literacy.It also studies the core connotation of ideological and political literacy and the ideological and political connotation of the core literacy of higher vocational students,and clarifies the importance and the necessity that the cultivation of higher vocational students'core literacy must be guided by ideological and political education from the connotation,effect and function of ideological and political education.In order to cultivate the core literacy of higher vocational students,we must put ideological and political education in the first place,adhere to the guidance of Marxism,and practice the socialist core values.The connotation of the core literacy of higher vocational students determines that their cultivation must be guided by ideological and political education.
