基于超星学习通的参与式教学模式教育应用——以动物性食品卫生学课程为例

摘　　要：因新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,2020年春季全国高校延期开学。为实现“停课不停学”,以动物性食品卫生学课程为例,利用“学习通”网络教学平台开展了参与式线上教学。通过丰富的教学内容、活跃的课堂气氛、完善的课程考核、多样化的教学方式,激发了学生们的学习热情,取得了良好的教学效果。Due to the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,the opening of classes for national universities and colleges was postponed in the spring of 2020.In this paper,in order to achieve the goal of“non-stop teaching,non-stop learning”,we launched online participatory teaching method in animal derived food hygiene teaching based on the superstar learning platform.Through rich teaching content,active classroom atmosphere,perfect curriculum assessment and diversified teaching methods,the students'learning enthusiasm is stimulated and good teaching effect is achieved.
