摘　　要：Comenius said in the great teaching theory that the cultivation of personality is mainly in the youth.Otherwise,it cannot form a good personality.It can be said that the formation of teenagers’personality needs the joint action of school education,harmonious,and stable family environment and good social environment,which also gives us enlightenment to school education and family education today.
