认知与方法论双视角下建筑工人不安全行为的研究现状及发展趋势分析

摘　　要：鉴于不安全行为发生时工人处在一个特定主体、空间及时间的三维空间,并存在与之相对应的总体效度、生态效度和时间效度,采用定性方法对认知与方法论双视角下建筑工人不安全行为的研究现状及发展趋势进行了多维度、多效度分析。结果表明:当前认知视角下建筑工人不安全行为研究主要采用具有较高总体效度的自我报告法、行为观察法等传统研究方法,而具有较高生态效度的环境仿真模拟实验研究方法和具有较高时间效度的基于相关穿戴设备的生理实验研究方法也有所涉及。在现状分析基础上,论证了维度集成、效度集成是方法论视角下未来研究的发展趋势,而基于穿戴设备认知实验的方法集成是适应这一发展潮流的关键突破方向。最后,结合事件相关电位(ERP)等认知测量新工具的优缺点证实了上述研究方法的集成是可行的。Given that the workers are in a special subject,space and time 3D with the corresponding population validity,ecological validity and temporal validity when construction workers'unsafe behavior occurs,this paper applies the qualitative method to conducting a multi-dimension and-validity analysis on the study of the status and development trend from the dual perspectives of cognition and methodology.The results show that the traditional research methods,such as self-report and behavior observation with high population validity,are principally applied,while the environmental simulation experimental method with high ecological validity and the wearable device experimental method with high temporal validity are also involved.On the basis of status analysis,it is further confirmed that dimension integration and validity integration are the trend of future research from the view of methodology,and method integration based on wearable device cognitive experimental method is the key breakthrough direction to follow this trend.Finally,according to the advantages and disadvantages of the new cognitive measurement tools such as ERP,the integration of the above research methods is proved to be feasible.
