摘  要:以长输油气管道沿线河沟道水毁灾害调查为基础,详细叙述了管道河沟道水毁灾害的发育及危害特征,拟定了河沟道水毁冲刷深度计算方法;构建半定量评价指标体系,建立长输油气管道河沟道水毁灾害的气象风险预警模型,设计了基于WebGIS的长输油气管道河沟道水毁灾害气象风险预警系统。该风险预警系统基于B-S架构计算机程序,实现了最少人机交互下的数据管理、可视化展示、预警预报、信息发布等核心功能,有助于提升长输油气管道河沟道水毁灾害的信息化管理水平,也可为管道抢险维修提供决策支持。Based on the investigation of waterlogging disasters along the long-distance oil and gas pipelines,this paper describes the characteristics of waterlogging disasters of river channels in detail and draws up the calculation method of the depth of waterlogging disaster in the river ditch,constructs the semi-quantitative evaluation index system,establishes the meteorological risk prediction model of the waterlogging disaster along the long-distance oil and gas pipelines,and designs the meteorological risk warning system of the long-distance oil and gas pipeline waterlogging disaster based on WebGIS.Based on B-S computer program,the system realizes the core functions of data management under the minimum human-computer interaction,visual display,early warning and forecast,information release and so on.The study will improve the level of informatization management for waterlogging disasters of river channels along the long-distance oil and gas pipelines,and also provide decision support for pipeline emergency maintenance.
