摘　　要：大学生创新意识和实践能力的培养是当前高校的新型教育模式,作为一所应用型本科院校,金陵科技学院积极探索创新人才培养模式,材料工程学院实验教学中心针对开放实验室,从完善实验室安全管理体系、建立信息化管理系统和引导学生参与实践活动三个方面入手,构建合理的管理体制。实践证明,该系统的建立不仅有利于提升学生的综合素质,也可以减轻实验室管理人员的工作强度。The cultivation of innovation awareness and practice ability in college students is the new education pattern in colleges and universities at present.As an application-oriented undergraduate college,Jinling Institute of Technology actively explores innovative training mode,and the Experimental Teaching Center of its College of Material Engineering,according to the features of open laboratory,intends to build a reasonable management system from three aspects,including the improvement of laboratory safety management system,the establishment of informatized management system and the guidance of students in participating in practical activities.The establishment of the system is not only conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of students,but can also reduce the work intensity of laboratory management.
