摘　　要：血管内治疗是快速恢复颅内闭塞动脉支配区域的血流灌注、拯救缺血半暗带的有效方式。笔者回顾性分析了1例应用药物涂层球囊扩张成形开通亚急性闭塞椎动脉,进而成功挽救进展性卒中患者的临床资料,对于探索药物涂层球囊扩张成形治疗颅内动脉粥样硬化性病变的潜在适应证、指导临床实践具有重要意义。Endovascular treatment is an effective way to quickly restore blood perfusion in the area dominated by occluded intracranial artery and save the ischemic penumbra.The authors retrospectively analyzed a case of using drug-coated balloon for recanalization of subacute vertebral artery occlusion to successfully save progressive stroke.It is of great significance to guide clinical practice and explore the potential indications of drug-coated balloons for the treatment of intracranial atherosclerotic diseases.
