二氧化锆全瓷冠与金合金烤瓷冠在上前牙牙体缺损修复中的效果及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的研究分析二氧化锆全瓷冠与金合金烤瓷冠在上前牙牙体缺损修复中的效果及安全性。方法前瞻性选取2017年7月至2019年5月在聊城市人民医院口腔科进行牙体缺损修复患者124例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组给予金合金烤瓷冠进行修复,观察组则给予二氧化锆全瓷冠修复。采用改良美国公共卫生署评分标准分析治疗前和修复1年后的修复效果;观察治疗前和修复1年后的安全性;通过问卷调查评估患者对修复效果满意程度。结果2组患者治疗前各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),修复1年后观察组各项评分较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05),对照组修复体外形以及牙龈状况较治疗前评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他评分无明显变化;组间比较,修复1年后观察组修复体外形以及牙龈状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组菌斑指数及牙周探诊深度组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),修复1年后,2组菌斑指数及牙周探诊深度均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组修复效果总满意度(98.4%)明显高于对照组(88.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠和金合金烤瓷冠对上前牙牙体缺损修复均有肯定性效果,安全性高,但在修复体外形以及牙龈状况方面二氧化锆全瓷冠修复优于金合金烤瓷冠,更能获得患者认可。Objective To study and analyze the efficacy and safety of zirconia all-ceramic crown and gold-alloy porcelain crown in the repair of anterior teeth defects.Methods From July 2017 to May 2019,124 patients undergoing dental defect repair in the Department of Stomatology,Liaocheng People's Hospital,were selected as research objects using a prospective selection method.They were divided into control group and observation group,according to the random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given a gold alloy porcelain crown for restoration,and the observation group was given a zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown for restoration.The modified U.S.Public Health Agency scoring standard was used to analyze the repair effect before therapy and one year after repair.Safety before therapy and 1 year after repair was observed.And the patient's satisfaction with the repair effect was assessed through a questionnaire survey.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups of patients before therapy(P>0.05).There was no significant change in the scores of the observation group one year after restoration(P>0.05).The appearance and gingival condition of the control group was significantly higher than that of the restoration(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in other scores.In comparison between groups,the appearance and gingival condition of the observation group were better than those of the control group at 1 year after restoration,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the plaque index and the depth of periodontal exploration between the two groups before therapy(P>0.05).One year after the restoration,the plaque index and periodontal probing depth of the two groups were significantly improved compared with the restoration,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no statistically significant beteen the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of the r
