青年结直肠癌患者的临床病理特征及预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨青年结直肠癌患者的临床病理特征及其与预后的相关性。方法收集并整理2005年1月~2014年12月于我院治疗的65例青年结直肠癌患者的临床病理资料,回顾性分析其临床病理特点及预后情况,分析各项临床病理指标对患者预后的影响。结果单因素分析结果显示,患者的预后与肿瘤T分期、N分期、TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度、有无脉管癌栓、有无侵犯神经及手术方式有关(P<0.05);COX回归分析显示,青年结直肠癌患者预后的独立影响因素为T分期、TNM分期及有无侵犯神经(P<0.05)。结论 T分期、TNM分期和神经浸润是影响青年结直肠癌患者预后的独立因素,早发现、早诊断、早治疗是改善青年结直肠癌预后的关键措施。Objective To explore the clinicopathological characteristics of young patients with colorectal cancer and their correlation with prognosis.Methods The clinicopathological data of 65 young patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2014 were collected and sorted.The clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.The prognosis of the patients was analyzed by various clinicopathological indicators.Results Univariate analysis showed that the patient's prognosis was related to tumor T stage,N stage,TNM stage,tumor differentiation,presence or absence of vascular tumor thrombus,presence or absence of nerve invasion,and surgical methods(P<0.05);COX regression analysis showed,the independent factors affecting the prognosis of young patients with colorectal cancer were T stage,TNM stage and the presence or absence of nerve invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion T staging,TNM staging and nerve invasion are independent factors affecting the prognosis of young patients with colorectal cancer.Early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment are key measures to improve the prognosis of young patients with colorectal cancer.
