卡巴拉汀联合普罗布考片治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究卡巴拉汀、普罗布考片联合在老年阿尔茨海默病治疗中取得的临床效果。方法收集2018年1月至2019年6月,本院就诊的老年阿尔茨海默病患者58例,将患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组29例和观察组29例,对照组给予多奈哌齐治疗,观察组联合应用卡巴拉汀、普罗布考片治疗,连续治疗6个月。采用总体衰退量表(GDS)评定患者认知障碍等级;简易智力状态量表(MMSE)评定患者痴呆水平;日常生活能力量表(ADL)评定患者的生活能力。对比2组治疗前后GDS、MMSE、ADL评分,统计并比较2组不良反应发生率。结果治疗后2组患者GDS、ADL评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组MMSE评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义。结论应用卡巴拉汀联合普罗布考片治疗老年阿尔茨海默病具有效果理想,安全性比较高,可以借鉴推广。Objective To explore the effects of rivastigmine combined with probucol in the treatment of senile dementia.Methods A total of 58 patients with senile dementia were included and randomly divided into donepezil group(n=29)and rivastigmine group(n=29).All two groups were given routine therapy and nursing,and rivastigmine group was treated with rivastigmine and probucol,and donepezil group was given donepezil,and they were treated for 6 months.We compared the levels of GDS in the two groups,used MMSE and ADL to evaluate cognitive functionpatients'living ability,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared.Results The levels of GDS,ADL in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of the rivastigmine group were significantly lower than that of the donepezil group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of rivastigmine group was significantly higher than the donepezil group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with senile dementia,rivastigmine combined with probucol can improve mental and behavioral symptoms,cognitive impairment,and improve their daily living ability,and have high safety.
