摘　　要：目的探讨精神科门诊抑郁症初诊患者症状自评量表(SCL-90)状况及其相关因素。方法采用SCL-90、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对158例精神科门诊抑郁症初诊患者进行调查。结果阳性数占总数比例排前五的为:抑郁141例(89.2%)、其他(饮食睡眠为主)133例(84.2%)、焦虑123例(77.8%)、强迫状态112例(70.9%)、敌对91例(57.6%)。男性患者在SCL-90总分、以及躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、偏执和精神病性等因子上,评分均高于女性患者(P<0.05)。已婚患者在SCL-90及其各因子上,评分均低于未婚/离异/丧偶患者(P<0.01)。SCL-90总分及其各因子评分与年龄均呈负相关(P<0.01);SCL-90总分及其各因子评分与受教育年限、SAS评分及SDS评分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论对于抑郁症患者应优先处理其抑郁、饮食睡眠、焦虑、强迫及敌对等症状,尤其要关注男性及未婚/离异/丧偶的患者。Objective To investigate the status of SCL-90 and its related factors in psychiatric outpatients with depression.Methods One hundred fifty-eight psychiatric outpatients with depression were investigated by SCL-90,SAS and SDS.Results The top five positive cases were:depression 141 cases(89.2%),others 133 cases(84.2%),anxiety 123 cases(77.8%),obsessive-compulsive 112 cases(70.9%),hostility 91 cases(57.6%).The total score of SCL-90,somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoia and psychoticism in male patients were higher than those in female patients(P<0.05).The scores of SCL-90 and its factors in married patients were lower than those in unmarried/divorced/widowed patients(P<0.01).The total score of SCL-90 and its factor scores were negatively correlated with age(P<0.01);the total score of SCL-90 and its factor scores were positively correlated with years of education,SAS score and SDS score(P<0.01).Conclusion For patients with depression,priority should be given to the treatment of depression,diet,sleep,anxiety,obsession and hostility,especially for male and unmarried/divorced/widowed patients.
